Estate Planning Attorney- Maryland LicensedLocation: [Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederick, MD] • Full-Time
We are seeking a Maryland-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing estate planning practice. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for an attorney who enjoys client consultations, relationship-building, and helping individuals and families create comprehensive estate plans.

We are seeking a Maryland-licensed Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing estate planning practice. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for an attorney who enjoys client consultations, relationship-building, and helping individuals and families create comprehensive estate plans.

- Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice regarding estate planning and wealth transfer
- Prepare and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and other estate planning documents
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and communicate complex legal concepts
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage client matters from consultation through completion
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and provide timely follow-up and communication
- Stay current on applicable laws
- J.D. degree from accredited law school
- Active Maryland Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred; attorneys with strong experience in trusts and estates, tax, or another related practice area may also be considered.
- Strong legal writing, drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
- Commissions based salary
