- 8+ years of leadership experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and/or IT operations, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or other highly regulated technology environments.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure, security, and IT teams while driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Deep expertise with AWS cloud services, including ECS Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, IAM, KMS, S3, VPC, and infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud security, identity and access management, data protection, encryption, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience leading compliance initiatives involving SOC 2 Type II, GLBA, CCPA, and ideally PCI DSS or comparable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships, technology procurement, and infrastructure cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently make strategic decisions and execute with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience with Cloudflare, Datadog, Auth0, or similar enterprise infrastructure and security platforms is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with financial services, banking, or credit union technology environments is preferred.

- Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil.
- Competitive contractor compensation package.
- Equity through stock options.
- Home office setup allowance.
- Dedicated budget for work-related travel and co-working.
- 20 days of paid time off annually, plus national holidays.
- Company-sponsored off-site events held twice per year.
- Opportunity to lead critical infrastructure and security initiatives within a fast-growing technology organization.
