- Maintain, update, and validate GIS datasets related to land parcels, right-of-way boundaries, agreements, and other spatial assets using ArcGIS technologies.
- Edit and manage geospatial data while ensuring compliance with established data governance standards, mapping specifications, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python, ArcPy, FME, and related tools to improve data integration, transformation, and maintenance processes.
- Perform spatial analyses and produce maps, reports, and visualizations that support planning, operational activities, and business decision-making.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve spatial data inconsistencies and topology issues.
- Provide technical GIS support to internal stakeholders by responding to inquiries, resolving data issues, and delivering timely mapping solutions.
- Collaborate with GIS specialists, land management professionals, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects, process improvements, and enterprise GIS initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, or comparable enterprise GIS platforms in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of GIS data structures, geodatabases, coordinate systems, spatial referencing, and geoprocessing methodologies.
- Experience maintaining and editing spatial datasets, including land parcels, boundary information, and associated attribute data.
- Proficiency with Python scripting (preferably ArcPy), ESRI ModelBuilder, FME, or similar GIS automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical GIS concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience within the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or environmental sectors is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of land and right-of-way concepts, including easements, leases, cadastral data, and legal land descriptions, is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise GIS governance, ArcGIS Maps for Power BI, CAD integration, survey data, and external spatial data sources is advantageous.

- Salary range for applicable U.S. locations: $80,500–$110,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
