This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Desenvolvedor(a) – Python / DevOps based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a technology professional who enjoys building reliable, scalable, and automated software solutions.

Accountabilities:

The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions while promoting automation, quality, and operational excellence. The professional will support engineering initiatives by applying best practices across development, testing, deployment, and system monitoring processes.

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Python, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Design and implement high-availability applications and services.
  • Contribute to projects involving multiple technologies and adapt quickly to different technical environments.
  • Define and promote software engineering best practices, including automated testing and efficient deployment processes.
  • Improve the software development lifecycle by optimizing workflows, automation, and delivery processes.
  • Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerting solutions to ensure application visibility and operational stability.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems while ensuring software quality and reliability.
  • Establish quality controls and engineering standards across development initiatives.
  • Work with DevOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evolve architecture, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled developer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with DevOps practices, cloud environments, and modern software engineering tools. The role requires technical autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Advanced experience with Python 3 development.
  • Intermediate knowledge of C/C++ programming.
  • Professional experience with Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with automated testing practices, including UnitTest frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and development collaboration tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Confluence Cloud.
  • Experience working with databases and cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Knowledge of Redis and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of process automation and orchestration platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • B2 level Spanish proficiency.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technical challenges.
