Accounts Payable Specialist – Accounting Division
TTI Environmental, Inc. is an integrated environmental services contractor and consulting firm. TTI services government, industrial, commercial, academic, financial, and private clients nationwide and is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey.
TTI is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position will help the Accounting Department run smoothly, supporting our service divisions, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. We are looking for someone who values stability and consistency and is excited to remain in this role as a long-term contributor. This is an in-office position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Moorestown, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Perform all Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accuracy and proper general ledger coding
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments from start to finish with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with account analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Maintain current documents in accordance with TTI's Document Compliance Management Program
- Process weekly payment runs by reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
- Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
- Maintain up-to-date customer and vendor account records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes through reconciliation and accrual activities
- Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative office duties
- Provide support for special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have at least three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience
- Must have at least one (1) year of AP processing experience within Oracle NetSuite software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Time management, ability to meet deadlines, ability to multitask, and responsiveness is vital
- Experience with document and data management
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to analyze information with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player, with excellent professional and interpersonal skills
- General math and strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of dependability and confidentiality
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $24.00-$26.00 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
