• Lead and continuously improve the organization's Vulnerability Management Program, driving prioritization, remediation, and accountability across multiple business units.
• Manage strategic security programs from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and monitor program metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure performance, communicate progress, and support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, product, security, and business teams across multiple geographic regions.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement by implementing best practices, optimizing project management processes, and mentoring team members when appropriate.
• Translate technical security issues into clear business risks, enabling stakeholders and leadership to prioritize actions effectively.
• Support operational and organizational activities, including executive calendar coordination, vendor management, and program administration for security leadership.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving collaboration and successful program delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Previous exposure to cybersecurity, software engineering, site reliability engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, web applications, cloud environments, and modern software development practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with engineering teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote and collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority while building strong relationships across technical and business teams.
