Join a collaborative cybersecurity organization where you'll lead strategic security initiatives that strengthen engineering practices and enhance enterprise-wide security programs. In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, drive accountability across technical and business stakeholders, and ensure critical security initiatives are delivered efficiently. You'll oversee vulnerability management, program governance, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement while working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams. This position is ideal for a technically minded program manager who enjoys combining project leadership with cybersecurity expertise in a fully remote, fast-paced environment where security is a shared responsibility.
- Lead and continuously improve the organization's Vulnerability Management Program, driving prioritization, remediation, and accountability across multiple business units.
- Manage strategic security programs from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and monitor program metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure performance, communicate progress, and support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, product, security, and business teams across multiple geographic regions.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement by implementing best practices, optimizing project management processes, and mentoring team members when appropriate.
- Translate technical security issues into clear business risks, enabling stakeholders and leadership to prioritize actions effectively.
- Support operational and organizational activities, including executive calendar coordination, vendor management, and program administration for security leadership.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving collaboration and successful program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Previous exposure to cybersecurity, software engineering, site reliability engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, web applications, cloud environments, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with engineering teams, executives, and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority while building strong relationships across technical and business teams.
- Full-time, fully remote position based in India.
