Purpose of the role: | The Cocktail & Beverage Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging beverage service while creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience. This position focuses primarily on cocktail, wine, beer, and other beverage service, including confidently describing offerings, making thoughtful recommendations, accurately taking and delivering orders, and anticipating guest needs. The Cocktail Server is expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of the beverage program, responsible alcohol service practices, and PlumpJack service standards while providing efficient, professional, and personable hospitality. | |||

Working Conditions: | Constantly moving between indoor and outdoor environment. Indoors: works in clean, adequately lighted restaurant. Exposed to weather conditions while serving guest outdoors. Work areas may be crowded or noisy. Bar floors may be uneven and may be slippery. | |||
Physical Demands: | Stands/walks moderate distances throughout shift. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift and grasp to perform routine tasks. Ability to move objects weighing up to 40lbs over moderate distances. Frequent use of stairs, daily. |
