$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote independence.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a supportive and engaging environment for residents.
- Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities, enhancing their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and understanding.

Qualifications:
- Active CNA License
- Ability to work every other weekend
- CBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Dementia Care Training is a plus but not required. Will train the right candidate
- Great starter job in healthcare: 16 y/o and older welcome!
- Mechanical lift training provided
- Has Time Management Skills
- Great Teamwork Skills
