We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to add to our growing team. This is a remote position, but if hired, you will need to conform to the working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

About the Role
This isn't a basic, script-reading call center job—and it's not a back-office insurance desk, either.

Our Customer Service Representatives drive the core of our business: order processing, drop-shipping, and customer account support. You will manage order lifecycles from submission to delivery, navigate basic insurance/Medicare guidelines, resolve account issues, and build lasting relationships with the clients and patients you support.

What You’ll Do
Process + Drop-Ship Orders: Accurately enter, track, and manage product orders, changes, drop-shipments, and returns.

Account + Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact—handling 50–60 daily touches (inbound/outbound) to answer product questions, solve delivery issues, and build strong partner relationships.

Insurance + Compliance Awareness: Apply working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines to ensure orders are compliant and coordinate with our billing team to resolve paperwork or dispute items.

Track Deliveries: Monitor production schedules, update customer files, and expedite priority drop-shipments to ensure patients get critical medical supplies on time.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Billing to keep accounts running smoothly and maintain detailed, accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For
Availability: Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Experience: At least 3 years of elevated customer service, order entry, or client support experience.

Industry Experience: Direct experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or drop-shipping is a massive plus.

Insurance Understanding: Familiarity with basic medical insurance or Medicare/Medicaid documentation rules is highly preferred.

Tech Skills: Brightree experience is highly preferred; solid command of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and web-based tools is required.

The Person: Detail-obsessed, dependable, and adaptable. You know how to juggle moving parts and navigate systems without getting flustered.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
