• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve their strength, mobility, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques that promote safety and independence.

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Michigan OTA licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
