Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Interact with and support other departments.
- Work with leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Provide input into the development and management of customers' accounts.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Two plus years of customer service experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
