You will be responsible for transforming ideas into high-performing short-form video content that captures attention within seconds and drives measurable engagement across major social platforms. Working in a highly collaborative and data-informed setting, you will partner with strategists and creative teams to refine storytelling, improve hooks, and elevate conversion-focused edits. - Create and edit high-performing short-form video ads for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop strong narrative structures with compelling hooks, clear storytelling flow, and effective calls to action.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize content rapidly.
- Own the end-to-end editing process while incorporating feedback in fast-paced production cycles.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Apply motion graphics, pacing, and sound design techniques to enhance engagement and retention.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, ideally focused on social media or performance advertising content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audio editing.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and kinetic typography.
- Strong understanding of content performance on platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable working in English within remote, global, and asynchronous teams.
- Ability to handle fast turnaround projects and adapt quickly to feedback and iteration cycles.
- Availability to work aligned with PST hours (9am–6pm).
- Willingness to complete a technical editing assessment.
- Bonus: experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly) or performance marketing environments.
