This role sits within a fast-growing CRM team that supports high-impact digital marketing operations for leading national and international e-commerce clients. You will be part of a dynamic environment where data, creativity, and technology come together to build personalized customer journeys across multiple channels. The position focuses on hands-on execution within a CRM platform, combining technical implementation, campaign management, and performance analysis. You will work closely with a CRM manager and client stakeholders to translate strategic needs into effective lifecycle communication. The role involves continuous optimization of campaigns based on data insights and behavioral analysis. - Operate and manage a CRM platform (Insider), including campaign setup across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Build, edit, and maintain responsive HTML email templates ensuring proper rendering and usability across devices.
- Create and manage audience segmentation, contact lists, and customer databases based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor automated communication flows, including lifecycle journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue impact.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Support strategic planning alongside a CRM manager and client stakeholders, contributing to communication strategy improvements.
- Experience operating CRM platforms, preferably Insider or similar marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML for email development and responsive template creation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience analyzing CRM campaign performance and interpreting operational and business KPIs.
- Understanding of inbound marketing strategies and automated communication flows across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage data-driven segmentation and personalization using platform variables.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: experience with Insider platform, basic programming knowledge, English proficiency (advanced or fluent), and CRM-related certifications.
