This role is a senior-level opportunity focused on leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will drive end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation, enabling organizations to improve pricing accuracy, streamline billing operations, and ensure compliance with global revenue recognition standards. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures spanning CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will also play a key role in guiding solution strategy, integration design, and delivery excellence across multi-system ecosystems. This is a high-impact position where your work directly shapes revenue operations efficiency and business performance for global clients.
In this role, you will lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud initiatives end-to-end, ensuring robust solution design, effective implementation, and alignment with business and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing, quoting, and billing requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architectures, including system architecture, data models, and solution documentation.
- Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling, and product configuration scenarios.
- Implement Salesforce Billing and Subscription Management solutions, including invoicing, payment workflows, and revenue recognition processes.
- Design and oversee integrations with ERP systems (such as NetSuite), payment gateways, tax engines, and middleware platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead development of automation, approval workflows, product rules, and pricing logic while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Provide solution governance, documentation, deployment support, and post-implementation optimization, including training and stakeholder enablement.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud expertise combined with strong consulting, architecture, and integration experience across enterprise-scale implementations.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
- Proven experience delivering full Quote-to-Cash implementations, including pricing models, invoicing, renewals, and revenue recognition.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, pricing rules, approvals, and quote templates.
- Experience designing subscription and usage-based billing models with strong understanding of financial workflows.
- Hands-on expertise in integrations with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and enterprise billing processes.
- Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Consultant are required; additional architecture or developer certifications are highly desirable.
