Accountabilities:

  • Develop revenue intelligence systems that surface actionable insights including forecasting risks, performance trends, territory analysis, and operational anomalies.
  • Build and maintain internal automation infrastructure including LLM-based workflows, API integrations, data pipelines, and orchestration systems.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Improve GTM decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and automated insights.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational work through AI-powered automation and system design.
  • Support the development of internal tools, agents, and copilots that enhance productivity and visibility across the revenue organization.
  • Continuously iterate on systems to improve scalability, reliability, and business impact.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or similar technical business roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and GTM systems architecture in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, and integrations across business systems.
  • Proficiency with APIs, SQL, Python, or modern workflow orchestration tools.
  • Experience applying AI tools, LLMs, or automation frameworks in operational or business environments.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high ownership and execution speed.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Sigma is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, agent frameworks) is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation estimated between $68 and $75 per hour, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for equity participation and performance-based compensation programs.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan including 401(k).
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Generous PTO, parental leave, and wellness-focused benefits.
  • Home office support and reimbursement for remote setup.
  • Opportunity to build cutting-edge AI-driven systems that directly impact revenue operations at scale.
