This role sits at the crossroads of gaming, brand partnerships, and high-impact campaign execution within a fast-growing interactive entertainment ecosystem. You will lead the delivery of complex brand activations inside large-scale UGC gaming environments, ensuring seamless coordination from initial kickoff through post-campaign analysis. Acting as the main point of contact for strategic brand partners, you will translate business objectives into successful in-game experiences. The role blends account management, project execution, and data-driven storytelling to demonstrate campaign value. You will work closely with internal game development, creative, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence. This is a highly cross-functional position where strong communication, organization, and commercial thinking directly shape partner success and revenue growth. It offers exposure to high-profile brands and widely played gaming experiences in a rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with brand partners during active campaign execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables while escalating strategic or commercial decisions when needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including game development, creative, and operations stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of brand activations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as scope creep, misaligned expectations, or timeline challenges before they impact execution.
- Lead post-campaign analysis by interpreting performance data and translating it into clear, compelling, client-facing presentations.
- Support the development of go-to-market materials, partnership packages, and creative concepts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines, processes, and partner requirements to ensure operational consistency.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities within existing brand partnerships to support revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or partnership roles within gaming, media, advertising, or digital entertainment industries.
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, particularly UGC platforms and interactive content environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage external partners and present complex campaign insights clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working across time zones and managing relationships with global stakeholders, with occasional travel required.
- Prior exposure to large-scale brand partnerships or agency environments (AAA brands is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and build compelling performance narratives.
- Visual storytelling or presentation design skills are an added advantage.
