This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the global digital marketing and web strategy across all key digital touchpoints. The position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth, improving conversion performance, and elevating the overall digital customer experience. Operating at the intersection of demand generation, brand, product marketing, and web experience, this leader ensures digital programs are fully aligned with business priorities. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across performance marketing, SEO, and website optimization. It requires strong analytical capability, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact engagement, acquisition, and revenue performance. - Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, display, retargeting, and emerging channels to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
- Own corporate website strategy, including UX, content architecture, SEO performance, personalization, and conversion rate optimization
- Oversee performance marketing execution and agency relationships, ensuring strong ROI and continuous optimization of campaigns
- Develop and manage experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, brand, and content teams to align digital execution with integrated campaign goals
- Build reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks to track performance, engagement, conversion, and attribution
- Lead marketing technology enablement in collaboration with RevOps and Marketing Ops, including automation, CRM, and AI-enabled tools
- Manage and develop digital, web, and performance marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Strong expertise in website strategy, SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, and digital customer journey design
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies
