This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing vision across a multi-state, vertically integrated organization. You will lead brand strategy, campaign development, and customer acquisition initiatives across retail and wholesale channels. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent messaging and strong market positioning. You will oversee performance marketing, digital, PR, and content strategies while driving measurable business growth. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution oversight in a fast-paced, evolving industry. You will also play a key role in shaping brand identity and expanding market reach nationally.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Lead positioning and messaging across corporate and multi-brand portfolios
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, email, PR, events, and partnership initiatives
- Manage national marketing budgets and ensure performance tracking against KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key external stakeholders
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights reporting
- Guide and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives across departments and markets
- Report regularly to executive leadership on performance and strategic outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success in building and executing go-to-market and brand strategies
- Strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent financial planning and budget management experience
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
