In this role, you will operate at the intersection of clinical expertise and strategic sales, supporting healthcare professionals in pulmonology and sleep medicine with advanced respiratory care solutions. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, physicians, and key opinion leaders while helping shape the adoption of innovative technologies in home ventilation and weaning. The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the ability to translate clinical needs into tailored, value-driven solutions. You will analyze market dynamics and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. Working closely with key accounts, you will contribute directly to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a field-based role offering high autonomy and significant impact within the Swiss healthcare ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and adapt clinical sales strategies aligned with the specific needs of healthcare providers across pulmonology and sleep medicine.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, respiratory therapists, and key opinion leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth customer assessments to understand workflows and propose tailored clinical solutions.
  • Demonstrate and communicate the clinical and operational value of advanced healthcare technologies.
  • Support implementation, onboarding, and post-sale activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking against sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Healthcare, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical sales, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to work independently with ownership, structure, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and sales presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills for needs assessment, data interpretation, and solution development.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and think strategically.
  • Fluency in German, French, and English.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals or within medical technology environments is an advantage.
