Role Overview
We are seeking a warm and professional Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role you will set the tone for a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and the waitlist, and answer phones and guest questions. You will coordinate with service staff to keep seating running smoothly and help keep the host area and entrance clean and organized.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for friendly, organized individuals with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable standing for the length of your shift and able to stay calm and welcoming during busy periods. Prior host or customer service experience is a plus.
