Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Wine Knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Sound understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
