Housekeeping Overnight Lobby Attendant in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is looking for a dedicated Overnight Lobby Attendant to join our team. As an Overnight Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas within the resort are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality during the overnight shift. Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, stairwells, the linen room, guest laundry room, gym, elevators, hallways, banquet rooms, game rooms, and gift shop cases. You will also be tasked with handling room calls, lobby clean-up, deliveries, and pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all lobby and public spaces, including bathrooms, stairwells, linen room, guest laundry room, gym, elevators, hallways, banquet rooms, game rooms, and gift shop cases.

• Handle room calls, lobby clean-up, deliveries, and pickups as needed.

• Ensure that all public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards during overnight hours.

• Cross-train to clean guest rooms and perform other housekeeping duties as assigned or requested by supervisors and managers.

• Provide excellent service and assist guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Ability to meet the essential functions and responsibilities of the job.

• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, using hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying.

• Must have weekend availability.

• Must be able to work the overnight shift from 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

• A positive, upbeat attitude with previous experience in guest interactions is highly preferred.
