Position Summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, employees, vendors, and candidates. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a professional office environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative processes that keep the office running efficiently.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of day-to-day office operations. This position plays a critical role in creating positive first impressions while supporting both employees and customers.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, customers, vendors, and candidates, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a professional first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phones, inquiries, visitor assistance, and office communications.
  • Support daily administrative functions such as mail distribution, document management, data entry, and travel coordination.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and well-stocked office environment by coordinating supplies, deliveries, and facility-related needs.
  • Assist with employee onboarding logistics, workplace programs, and other initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with the Office Manager on company events, employee engagement activities, and special projects that support business operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed.
  • Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 


    Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Experience

  • 1 year of customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
  • Experience in the construction, service, or trade-related industries preferred
  • Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, interruptions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory management, or general office administration preferred
  • Experience supporting company events, employee engagement initiatives, or workplace programs preferred
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug

  • Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements
  • Full time onsiteMonday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
