Dick's Steak and Oyster is a from Scratch, Fine Dining, Steak Joint with Locally sourced Prime Beef, Wagyu Beef, Flown in Fresh Oysters, and Desserts made in house. We are a collaborative and respectful kitchen that takes pride in what we do and are looking for like minded individuals.

We are looking for a reliable professional who can execute general kitchen prep while handling dishwashing duties.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high volume fine dining kitchen.

Pace & Stamina: Ability to remain calm and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple prep projects simultaneously.

Communication: Clear verbal communication with fellow team members

Teamwork: Dependable team-player attitude to support fellow cooks
