  • Work with project management teams to ensure awarded projects are commercially sound, executable, and positioned for successful delivery from the outset.
  • Continuously develop technical and commercial knowledge by leveraging training, internal resources, mentorship, and cross-functional learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in engineering or a related technical discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical distribution or a related industry, particularly in sales, project quotations, proposals, or commercial engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, industry design standards, product configuration, and related solutions.
  • Familiarity with configuration and commercial tools such as ABB Empower is strongly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex requirements, identify risks, exercise sound commercial judgment, and develop practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with sales, engineering, product, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and business tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms.
  • Must have current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Benefits
  • Annual base salary expected to range from $79,800 to $127,680, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Choice of two medical plans, including a PPO option and a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account.
  • Dental and vision coverage.
  • Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage, with additional voluntary options.
  • Supplemental benefits including accident insurance, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and pet insurance.
  • Up to 6 weeks of parental leave.
  • Employee Assistance Program and access to health, behavioral health, virtual care, and family-support resources.
  • 401(k) savings plan with company contributions and an employee stock acquisition plan.
  • 11 paid holidays and vacation under a permissive time-away policy for eligible salaried employees.
