Oxford University Press is seeking a dynamic and education-focused Manager, Academic Excellence to support the successful implementation and adoption of our educational solutions across schools in Bihar. The role provides significant exposure to school engagement, teacher development, product implementation, academic consulting, and stakeholder management. The overarching objective of this role is to ensure that schools continue to partner with Oxford University Press and grow their engagement by consistently experiencing value from our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting schools with the academic implementation of blended learning products through a combination of onsite and virtual engagement.
• Delivering all planned academic interventions throughout the year, including training sessions, classroom observations, workshops, and support activities, with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
• Acting as a key point of contact for schools and ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Working closely with state and regional teams to support customer retention, growth, and expansion initiatives across Bihar.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prospective schools to showcase the value of OUP's solutions.
• Coaching and supporting state and regional sales teams on product positioning, academic value propositions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting of all school-facing activities and interventions.
• Driving structured engagement programs and academic initiatives designed to improve school satisfaction and delight.
• Building strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and other educational stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships.

This role plays a critical role in helping schools realize the full value of Oxford University Press products and services. The successful candidate will directly contribute to customer retention, account growth, stronger school engagement, and improved educational outcomes, while supporting OUP's broader business objectives across Bihar.

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the EdTech industry.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively engage with educators, school leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments.
• Proven capability to conduct training sessions, workshops, and customer-facing interventions.
• High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Demonstrates a "Be the Cause" mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Bihar, typically 15-20 days per month.

• Prior experience in teaching or teacher training.
• Experience supporting implementation of academic or blended learning solutions.
• Exposure to customer success, retention, academic consulting, or educational transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with schools, teachers, and educational institutions.
