- Lead a portfolio of patient services and patient access technology initiatives, including CRM modernization, workflow automation, digital engagement, and operational transformation programs.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Develop and execute long-term transformation strategies to modernize patient support capabilities and improve operational efficiency through scalable technology solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across patient access, reimbursement, operations, compliance, legal, analytics, and technology teams to align business goals with technical capabilities.
- Oversee product management activities for patient services platforms, including roadmap development, prioritization, release planning, adoption strategy, and solution design.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver compliant, interoperable, and user-centered technology solutions.
- Facilitate executive-level governance, strategic communications, roadmap reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities across highly matrixed environments.
- Mentor internal teams and contractors on business analysis, requirements gathering, program execution, and best practices in technology delivery.
- Significant experience in program management, business transformation, or technology leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Strong expertise in patient services operations, patient access and reimbursement programs, and enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios involving CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, automation technologies, and operational process optimization.
- Experience working within highly matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams across business, IT, and external vendor environments.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, organizational change management, and strategic roadmap development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and delivery governance.
- Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience required; advanced degrees and additional years of leadership experience are highly valued.
- Self-driven leadership style with the ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from approximately $158,000 to $213,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
