  • Use research insights, usability findings, and analytics to inform content decisions and improve product outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops, influence product direction, and contribute to strategic initiatives at the organizational level.
  • Mentor and support other content designers while contributing to hiring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in conversation design, including chatbot or virtual assistant workflows and dialogue systems.
  • Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI tools, and prompt design within regulated environments.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and information architecture principles.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses in addition to base compensation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid sick, safe, and caregiver leave.
  • Remote-friendly and flexible work environment.
