  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and territory performance goals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging, pricing strategies, and sales processes.

  • Contribute strategic insights and market feedback to support continuous improvement of commercial strategies and customer engagement approaches.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise solutions to hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles in highly consultative and strategic selling environments.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare economics, and enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Experience delivering healthcare technology or SaaS product demonstrations is highly preferred.
  • Background in strategic consulting, business development, or healthcare transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% as required by the role.
  • Candidates based in the Southeast United States, especially Georgia or Florida, are preferred.
Benefits:

  • Employee stock option awards as part of the total compensation package.

  • Paid parental leave programs.
  • Professional development support and career growth opportunities.
  • Wellness and technology stipends.
  • Generous employee referral bonus program.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven, and innovation-focused work environment.
  • Opportunity to directly contribute to improving healthcare operations and patient outcomes through advanced technology solutions.
