This role is a senior commercial leadership position focused on driving supply-side growth across APAC, with a strong emphasis on India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ markets. You will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with premium publishers, shaping supply strategy, and maximizing programmatic revenue performance. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, you will work closely with enterprise media owners to improve yield, optimize monetization, and expand high-quality inventory. The role sits at the intersection of AdTech, business development, and market strategy, requiring deep ecosystem knowledge and strong commercial instincts. You will also contribute directly to regional go-to-market direction by feeding market insights into leadership and product teams. This is a high-impact position within a fast-growing international AdTech environment.
Lead and scale publisher supply growth across APAC by developing strategic partnerships, optimizing monetization, and contributing to regional market strategy, including:
- Identifying, pitching, and onboarding enterprise publishers and premium media owners across India, SEA, and ANZ markets
- Acting as the primary relationship owner for key publisher accounts, driving supply quality, ad volume, and revenue yield
- Conducting regular business and performance reviews with publishers to optimize monetization strategies and outcomes
- Monitoring APAC programmatic advertising trends, publisher ecosystems, and agency buying behaviors to inform strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams to translate market insights into product improvements and go-to-market initiatives
- Supporting the development of scalable supply-side frameworks and best practices across regional markets
- Ensuring strong alignment between publisher needs and platform capabilities to maximize long-term partnerships
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in AdTech supply-side business development, combined with commercial ownership and deep programmatic expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or programmatic ecosystems, with a focus on supply-side or SSP operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and SSP platforms
- Proven track record in publisher acquisition, business development, or ad sales within enterprise media environments
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising workflows, yield optimization, and inventory monetization
- Commercially driven mindset with the ability to build and scale revenue-generating partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-market regional environment
