You will work closely with Sales, Creative, and Production teams to turn client briefs into clear, persuasive strategic responses that drive engagement and commercial impact. The position plays a key role in pitching ideas, supporting major client moments, and helping define scalable campaign products around cultural and seasonal tentpole events. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility, storytelling, and strategic thinking are essential. - Lead the strategic development of client briefs, crafting clear, compelling, and on-brand responses in close collaboration with Sales and Creative teams.
- Build persuasive presentations and pitch decks that communicate ideas effectively and support winning new business and client renewals.
- Contribute to upsell opportunities by identifying strategic angles that enhance campaign value and deliver measurable results.
- Apply performance and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve strategic outputs.
- Support the development of scalable campaign products tied to cultural moments and tentpole events, contributing fresh ideas and innovative formats.
- Collaborate across Creative, Production, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging, efficient execution, and high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, integrated marketing, media, or creative agency environments.
- Proven ability to translate client briefs into strong strategic concepts and contribute to successful pitch development.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured decks.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content ecosystems, and Gen Z and youth culture trends.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Perplexity for ideation and workflow acceleration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to refine strategy and creative direction.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
- Proficiency in presentation and productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Canva.
