This role sits at the center of corporate development execution, supporting the full lifecycle of strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. You will coordinate complex integration activities, ensuring seamless alignment between deal execution, due diligence, and post-transaction integration planning. The position requires close collaboration with finance, operations, strategy, and external stakeholders to drive disciplined execution of growth initiatives. You will also contribute to business analysis, process improvement, and the evolution of corporate development best practices. Operating in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment, the role demands strong organizational skills, adaptability, and executive-level communication. Beyond deal execution, you will help shape how corporate development capabilities mature across the organization. In this role, you will manage end-to-end corporate development and integration projects, ensuring structured execution from early-stage diligence through post-deal integration. You will coordinate stakeholders, track progress, mitigate risks, and support the alignment of financial, operational, and strategic objectives across complex transactions.
- Lead project management across the full corporate development lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Manage integration activities such as synergy tracking, risk identification, issue resolution, and postmortem analysis.
- Support transaction handoffs, including communication of financial models, deal terms, and operational implications.
- Conduct business and data analysis, process mapping, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop clear, tailored presentation materials and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to broader strategic initiatives including transformation, business planning, and process enhancement.
This role requires a strong foundation in project management and corporate development, ideally within M&A, consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy environments. The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-evolving settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, consulting, or investment banking project management.
- Strong exposure to transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.
- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, along with PMP or similar certifications.
- Competitive base salary range ($79,000–$120,000) with annual bonus eligibility.
