• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features across a digital banking platform, including natural language interfaces, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows.
• Integrate large language models and AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude into production systems, ensuring robust prompt design, validation, and safety guardrails.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance, particularly within financial services environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other engineering teams to deliver complete AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for AI engineering, helping standardize patterns across teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, improving engineering quality and AI implementation standards.
• Assess and recommend emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep the platform at the forefront of applied AI innovation.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance considerations are embedded into all AI-related development efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/ML systems or building LLM-powered applications.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude, including prompt engineering and function/tool calling.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend or full-stack development.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, including when to trust, validate, or override model responses.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy considerations in regulated industries such as fintech.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
