Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including business needs assessments, curriculum design, content creation, facilitation, and post-training evaluation.
  • Design and deliver complex learning programs aligned with organizational goals, using a variety of instructional methods and digital learning tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and action-learning experiences for diverse audiences, including senior-level participants and high-impact teams.
  • Develop assessments, feedback systems, and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across departments to align training initiatives with business priorities and operational objectives.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and organizational expectations are met.
  • Analyze trends, performance data, and learner feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in learning strategies.
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices to improve engagement and training delivery effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in a corporate or business environment.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, curriculum development, and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with learning development tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and related platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and consultative working style.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to improve learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of execution.
  • Ability to influence decision-making, build trusted partnerships, and contribute strategically to organizational development initiatives.
