This is a leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of P&C policy and endorsement issuance.
You will ensure technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, service-level performance, and consistent delivery across the operation.
The role combines people leadership with hands-on support for complex second-level cases and operational escalations.
You will work closely with internal teams and insurers to resolve issues, manage priorities, and maintain high service standards.
A strong focus on data, quality controls, continuous improvement, and process standardization will be central to your impact.
You will also lead initiatives involving automation and AI-enabled tools, with appropriate governance, information security, LGPD compliance, and human validation.
Based in São Paulo, this hybrid opportunity offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape a critical insurance operation within a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the P&C policy and endorsement issuance and verification operation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance with negotiated terms, and adherence to insurer requirements.
  • Manage the operational workflow, including prioritization, capacity allocation, urgent requests, SLA performance, and removal of operational blockers.
  • Serve as the technical reference for second-level support, guiding the team through complex cases, exceptions, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and insurers to align on outstanding items, deadlines, documentation requirements, and technical validations.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and ensure effective resolution while maintaining clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational and quality KPIs, including cycle time, SLA adherence, rework, pending requests, and returns or rejections.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action plans to improve operational performance.
  • Establish and maintain quality controls such as checklists, sampling processes, double-check procedures, and audit evidence trails.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the team by setting priorities, delegating activities, supporting performance, and ensuring standardized execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through standardization, automation, templates, controls, and reporting enhancements.
  • Leverage Microsoft tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate security, traceability, governance, LGPD compliance, and human validation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, and customer-focused service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Solid professional experience in P&C insurance, particularly in policy and endorsement issuance and related operational processes.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable insurance legislation, regulations, policies, and market requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, including SLAs, capacity, productivity, quality, prioritization, and workflow management.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to delegate effectively, provide direction, and manage performance.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUP/PROCV and Pivot Tables/Tabelas Dinâmicas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying operational issues and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and automation involving controls, reports, templates, and standardized workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for analysis, triage, summarization, or workflow optimization, particularly when used with appropriate governance, LGPD compliance, and human validation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence insurers, internal teams, and clients.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-management abilities, particularly when managing competing priorities, deadlines, and operational constraints.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
Benefits:
  • Hybrid working model based in São Paulo, combining remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.
  • Opportunity to lead a critical P&C insurance operation with direct impact on client delivery and insurer relationships.
  • Collaborative environment focused on operational excellence, quality, innovation, and people development.
  • Significant autonomy to propose and implement process improvements, standardization initiatives, and automation.
  • Opportunity to work with Microsoft tools and emerging AI-enabled technologies in a governed business environment.
  • Exposure to robust compliance, information security, and LGPD practices.
  • Professional development opportunities within a global and internationally connected organization.
  • Supportive environment that values diversity, inclusion, flexibility, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunity to lead and develop a team while strengthening your expertise in insurance operations and process management.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with the Brazilian market and the responsibilities of the role.
