Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and assembling menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently according to our standards. You will keep your station organized, clean, and stocked while collaborating with the rest of the team during service.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate menu items (breakfast/lunch offerings, specialty items, sandwiches, light prep) adhering to recipe standards.

Station Management: Keep your work area, utensils, and equipment clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.

Quality & Speed: Ensure all orders are prepared efficiently without compromising quality or safety standards.

Inventory & Food Safety: Follow proper food handling, temperature logging, rotation (FIFO), and safety protocols.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff and bakery prep team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or kitchen team member preferred (bakery/cafe experience is a plus!).

Certifications: Food Handler Card / ServSafe Certification preferred.

Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30–50 lbs.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient time management, and a focus on cleanliness.
