Position Summary

The Director of Revenue Cycle & Business Operations is a hands-on leadership role responsible for strengthening the organization's healthcare billing and collections function while building reliable operational systems for continued growth. The position will lead day-to-day revenue cycle performance, improve accounts receivable and cash flow, develop actionable reporting, and guide billing-system implementation and optimization.

As the organization grows, this leader may also support selected organizational-development initiatives in partnership with Human Resources and executive leadership. Success requires a practical operator who can analyze performance, solve workflow problems, establish accountability, and move comfortably between detailed billing work and broader business improvement.
