• Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Secondary Assembly

• Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Production Parts Hanger

• Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (4-day work week)

Deco Products was founded in 1960 in downtown Decorah, Iowa. The name "Deco" comes from the first four letters of Decorah. Today, Deco Products is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America.

Our zinc castings are used in products found throughout everyday life. We serve a wide range of industries, including:

• Office furniture
• Windows and doors
• Commercial vehicles and trucking
• Recreational vehicles (RV)

• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)

Examples of products we manufacture include office chair brackets, window locks, brake valve components for semi-trucks, motorhome window operators, and broom and mop components.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Operating production equipment and machinery
• Trimming, assembling, or hanging parts for processing
• Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Following work instructions and production requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working as part of a team to meet customer expectations
