  • Own the email campaign calendar, including campaign prioritization, send cadence, audience management, and contact frequency strategy.
  • Design, build, launch, and optimize automated nurture programs, triggered communications, follow-up sequences, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Translate campaign objectives into structured email plans covering audience targeting, messaging, personalization, timing, and measurement.
  • Manage email production workflows, including content coordination, campaign setup, quality assurance, responsive formatting, testing, approvals, and deployment.
  • Develop segmentation, personalization, suppression, and eligibility strategies in partnership with marketing operations teams.
  • Create scalable templates, reusable campaign structures, and modular content approaches to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Own nurture and re-engagement programs that move prospects through the buying journey and improve sales readiness.
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies across subject lines, messaging, timing, calls-to-action, creative approaches, and journey structures.
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, list health, unsubscribe rates, and compliance requirements to optimize channel performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Partner with revenue and marketing operations teams on reporting, attribution, data quality, and lifecycle measurement.
  • Stay current on email marketing best practices, privacy standards, accessibility requirements, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and email strategy, with the ability to independently manage complex programs while collaborating across distributed teams.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, lifecycle marketing, nurture programs, marketing automation, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience building automated campaigns and workflows using Marketo or another major marketing automation platform.
  • Demonstrated success creating lifecycle journeys, lead nurturing programs, re-engagement campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of email production, responsive design, quality assurance, testing methodologies, deliverability, and list management.
