Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Kia Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
· Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience.
· Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand each customer's vehicle requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
· Demonstrate and explain Kia vehicle features, technology, safety systems, trim levels, and available financing and leasing options.
· Perform engaging vehicle walkarounds and accompany customers on test drives.
· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
· Maintain product knowledge on all current Kia models, competitive vehicles, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
· Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
· Utilize the dealership CRM to document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
· Participate in sales meetings, product training, and manufacturer certification programs.
· Maintain the showroom, vehicle displays, and personal workspace in a clean and professional manner.
· Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community outreach activities as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
· Retail sales or customer service experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
