As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, managing key customer relationships, and supporting the successful adoption of aesthetic injectable products. You will combine strategic planning, sales execution, and customer engagement to achieve business objectives while maintaining strong compliance standards.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through effective business development strategies and account management.
- Build and execute territory business plans, including growth strategies, account prioritization, and measurable performance objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product adoption, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Develop strong relationships with physicians, clinics, key opinion leaders, and strategic healthcare accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to support commercial strategies.
- Maintain accurate account plans, sales forecasts, activity reports, and territory performance tracking.
- Optimize territory coverage through effective scheduling, routing, and customer engagement planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, medical affairs, customer service, and clinical education to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in industry events, workshops, and educational initiatives to increase awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and applicable promotional guidelines.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focused sales professional with experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments. You should be comfortable managing a territory independently, building trusted partnerships, and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional education or training in healthcare, aesthetics, or related fields is an asset.
- 2–5 years of B2B medical sales experience, preferably within aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience managing physician, clinic, chain, or buying group accounts is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, territory management, and business development principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, medical, and operational teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario, particularly around Mississauga, London, and Niagara.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Bilingual capabilities are considered an advantage depending on region.
- Competitive base salary range of $75,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and business needs.
