JOB TITLE: Location Lead

The Location Lead is a key success factor in a location. This person supports the culture, helps attract and retain good employees, and adheres to the operating model. At Precision Door, the position of Location Lead is an entry management-level position responsible for driving daily revenue and supporting day-to-day operations within a location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to driving daily revenue, supporting daily operations, promoting a results-oriented culture, and supporting the training & development of employee skills utilizing our established training program.

Primary Job Functions:

• Promote and maintain the positive culture of the organization at the Location.
Ensure our customers have enthusiastic support for our products and services, as demonstrated by customer reviews.
Drive daily revenue for the Location, adhering to the Company's operating policies and procedures.
Support the onboarding and day-to-day performance of Technicians, Installers, and other Location employees.
Monitor each Technician's job performance, including their use of sales training, and escalate coaching needs to management as needed.
Support scheduling of Technicians and Installers to achieve maximized efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue-generating capabilities.
Assist with office and warehouse activities, including inventory, as directed.

Position Qualifications:

• 1+ years in a sales-driven role
2+ years supervising or leading a team of 5-8 direct reports
Proven track record of driving results

Compensation:
Hourly rate of pay for management functions, plus commission on jobs performed.
Quarterly revenue bonus (structure TBD).
