Pilates Instructor (Reformer) in Clarksville, Tennessee at Project 2231

ACME Athletics is seeking engaging, technically strong Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team in Clarksville for our anticipated Fall 2026 opening. This is an opportunity to help build a premium Pilates community from the ground up in a dedicated 10-reformer studio.

You’ll coach participants from beginner through advanced levels, delivering precise instruction, safe progressions, and a consistently welcoming class experience. The ideal instructor combines technical knowledge with the energy and personal connection that turns introductory participants into weekly regulars.

What You’ll Do

• Lead safe, engaging Reformer Pilates classes for beginner through advanced participants
• Provide precise cueing, modifications, and appropriate progressions
• Create a consistent, premium experience that keeps participants motivated and returning
• Welcome first-time participants and help them become confident weekly regulars
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and properly cared-for equipment
• Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
• Support ACME’s shared service, safety, and class-experience standards

Qualifications

• Reformer Pilates certification required or currently in progress
• CPR/AED certification required
• Strong communication and participant-engagement skills
• Ability to coach a range of experience and ability levels safely
• Dependable, prepared, and committed to delivering a consistent class experience

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time, class-based schedule
• On-site in Clarksville
• $25–$50 per class
• Per-class rate increases as class attendance grows

Onboarding Timeline

This position will begin with required pre-opening onboarding and training in preparation for ACME’s anticipated Fall 2026 opening. Candidates should be prepared to complete onboarding before being placed on the regular class schedule. Specific training and opening dates will be communicated during the hiring process.
