Partnerships & Affiliate Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnerships & Affiliate Manager based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow strategic B2B partnerships within the fast-moving iGaming industry. You will build relationships with operators, software providers, affiliates, and other influential industry stakeholders. The position combines partnership development, affiliate management, sales, market research, and marketing collaboration. You will identify new opportunities, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and turn relationships into measurable referral growth. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and the ability to adapt partnership strategies to different business needs. You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders in an international, results-oriented environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute B2B affiliation strategies across the iGaming industry, building partnerships with operators, software providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to leverage existing networks, generate high-quality referrals, and establish relationships with decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Manage partner listings and visibility across relevant platforms while coordinating marketing initiatives aimed at B2B audiences.
  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and continuously improve affiliate strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-quality iGaming services and potential partners, supporting a smooth and effective onboarding process.
  • Build tailored partnership models based on the strengths, objectives, and needs of each potential partner.
  • Coordinate and organize joint marketing activities with partners after agreements are signed to maximize engagement, visibility, and commercial results.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities to expand the value and scope of collaborations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in B2B sales, partnerships, or affiliate management.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate program development, management, and optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including key players, business models, services, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partnership strategies that align with the strengths, priorities, and commercial objectives of both parties.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships or affiliate programs and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced English proficiency across spoken, written, and reading communication.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in marketing or related commercial roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and other relevant business, sales, and partnership management tools.
