This is a leadership position, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking charge, coaching team members, maintaining high standards, and leading by example.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, fast, and accurate customer serviceEnsure sandwiches and other menu items are prepared according to Jersey Mike’s standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurantHandle opening and daytime shift responsibilitiesAssist with cash handling and register proceduresMonitor food quality, portioning, and product freshnessHandle customer concerns professionallySupport management with inventory, prep, and daily restaurant operationsSet the example for teamwork, urgency, cleanliness, and hospitalityRequirementsPrevious shift leader, key holder, supervisor, or restaurant leadership experience is strongly preferredMust be dependable and able to work scheduled day shifts consistentlyStrong communication and leadership skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicMust understand the importance of food safety and restaurant cleanlinessAbility to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant dutiesWhat We’re Looking ForThe right candidate is someone who doesn’t need to be constantly supervised.
