We’re looking for a Direct Mail Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of our direct mail campaigns from preparation through distribution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure direct mail campaigns are prepared accurately, distributed on schedule, and aligned with our marketing and business objectives. This position plays an important role in helping our direct mail efforts reach the right audience at the right time.
What You’ll DoDirect Mail Campaign ManagementCoordinate the planning, preparation, and distribution of direct mail campaigns.
Manage campaign timelines, deadlines, and distribution schedules.
Prepare mailing lists and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate the production of mail pieces, including postcards, letters, promotional materials, and other campaign materials.
Work with internal teams to gather and verify information needed for each campaign.
Coordinate with printing and mailing vendors to ensure materials are produced and distributed accurately and on time.
Review mail pieces for accuracy, formatting, branding, and required information prior to distribution.
Track campaign quantities, costs, delivery schedules, and other relevant details.
Maintain organized records of completed and upcoming campaigns.
Review mailing data for accuracy and identify potential errors or inconsistencies.
Assist with audience segmentation and targeting for direct mail campaigns.
Perform quality checks on mailing lists and campaign materials before they are sent.
Track returned or undeliverable mail and maintain accurate records.
Work with relevant teams to resolve data or mailing issues.
Maintain campaign tracking reports and documentation.
Monitor campaign activity and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Compile campaign data and assist with analyzing results.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and campaign execution.
Maintain accurate documentation of vendors, campaign specifications, mailing lists, and processes.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other departments to support direct mail initiatives.
Communicate campaign timelines, requirements, and updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed.
Previous experience in direct mail, marketing, campaign coordination, operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and other data-management tools.
Ability to identify errors and resolve issues independently.
Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to getting things done.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
Experience with mailing software, CRM systems, marketing platforms, or data-management tools is a plus.
Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
