Cragun’s Resort & Legacy on Gull Lake is excited to announce an opening for a passionate and driven Multi-Property Retail Manager! In this vibrant role, you’ll partner with our onsite teams to enhance merchandise selection, create eye-catching displays, streamline inventory, strengthen vendor relationships, and boost financial performance.

Position Overview:

This hands-on position involves frequent visits to our beautiful properties, where you’ll implement strategies, share buying expertise, and analyze performance. Your success will depend on understanding each location’s guests and seasonal trends, allowing you to customize retail assortments to meet our brand and customer needs. Core Responsibilities & Duties:

· Work with property leaders to set retail goals, assess sales performance, and monitor inventory for accountability.

· Lead merchandise buying, build strong vendor partnerships, and explore new product opportunities.

· Develop Open-to-Buy plans, set inventory levels, track stock seasonally, and manage markdowns.

· Create engaging visual merchandising standards and retail environments that reflect our brand, in collaboration with marketing.

· Monitor retail metrics, deliver insightful reports, assist in budget planning, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

· Provide retail staff with product knowledge and merchandising standards to improve sales while supporting property management.

· Oversee merchandise planning for events like the PGA TOUR Americas CRMC Championship, from buying to post-event analysis.

What You Bring:

· Supervisory experience in merchandising is a plus!

· Proven leadership and exceptional communication skills.

· A guest-focused mindset paired with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Strong computer and technology proficiency.
