Comagine Health is seeking an Associate Improvement Advisor to support operational, administrative, regulatory, and facility coordination activities within the HSI Utah HUB contract.
An Associate Improvement Advisor will have strong interpersonal skills. The first year the role will be primarily focused on more classic project coordination/administration and then will transition to a role supporting referral coordination for the Hub, so a good growth role for someone earlier in their career.
Key Responsibilities- Support the UTAH HUB operational workflows, CMS forms processing activities, and operational tracking processes
- Maintain operational records, documentation, tracking systems, and internal databases
- Manage communications and follow-up activities with dialysis facilities, CMS contacts, vendors, help desk teams, and external partners
- Monitor and route communications through shared phone, email, and virtual fax systems
- Support facility onboarding, closure activities, and related operational processes
- Prepare reports, reminders, meeting materials, operational correspondence, and recurring resources
- Coordinate scheduling, Outlook invitations, Zoom meetings, shipment tracking, operational mailings, and meeting logistics
- Assist with workflow documentation, process standardization, and operational support initiatives
- Support department operational priorities, annual meetings, and other team activities as assigned
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom
- Prior healthcare operations experience preferred
- Fully remote position
- Minimal travel, if any, required
