What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant by:

Creating an exceptional guest experience every day.
Hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing Team Members.
Building a positive, energetic, and accountable culture.
Driving sales while effectively managing labor, food cost, and profitability.
Ensuring outstanding food quality and operational excellence.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
Leading local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
Executing Subway® brand standards and promotional campaigns.
Analyzing business results and creating action plans to improve performance.
Developing future leaders and helping your team grow professionally.

Restaurant management experience is preferred, but most importantly, we're looking for leaders who are committed to excellence and passionate about helping people succeed.

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation.
Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (1 week on, 2 weeks off).
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed throughout the workday.
