  • Oversee security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and monitoring processes while ensuring effective incident response and escalation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and site inspections, driving corrective actions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement, emergency responders, property management, and external authorities during incidents or emergencies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing physical security operations within corporate, technology, critical infrastructure, or government environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising vendors, contractors, and on-site security teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of physical security principles, risk management, emergency response planning, and applicable U.S., California, and San Francisco regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV, surveillance systems, alarm platforms, and electronic access control technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing emergencies, investigations, and sensitive situations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including incident reporting, risk analysis, and executive-level updates.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments while promoting a proactive security culture.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of $107,100–$133,800 USD, based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employer-paid coverage for employees and eligible family members.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • Generous paid parental leave (20 weeks for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers).
  • Company-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Monthly reimbursement of up to $85 for mobile and internet expenses.
  • Opportunities for career growth, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Flexible work environment with autonomy, ownership, and exposure to innovative AI and cloud infrastructure projects.
